Beres-group is born from a fusion of the group’s brands, as well as business lines dating back to 1974 when Mariano Hernández began his entrepreneurial journey in the world of Real Estate Development and Construction. More than 40 years have endorsed this business group, which has been adapting to the changes and major crises of the sector. With the arrival of the second generation, the group diversified its business, increasing volume in the management of its own and third-party assets, as well as starting commercialization.

Forced by the 2008 crisis, the group reduced its property production to a minimum, and its Real Estate Developer branch waited for better times while becoming strong in the commercialization of properties in the city of Barcelona.

As of 2015, the group already managed a higher volume of third-party assets than its own, also consolidating itself as a Consulting and Advisory firm for Investments.

With the loss of its founder in 2020, the group prepared a return to its origins, restarting Real Estate Developments, consolidating Real Estate Asset Management, and boosting the Investment Consulting and Commercialization branch.
